At Loved Again, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

However, if you receive an item that is faulty, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at info@lovedagain.co.nz with details of the issue. Once the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Faulty items must be sent back to us within 7 business days of approval to ensure a smooth resolution.
