1. Are the items new or preloved, and what quality are they?
We offer a curated selection of pre-loved women’s clothing in excellent condition, as well as some brand-new pieces with tags. Every item is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
2. Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
All sales are final, so we don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please check sizing and item details carefully before purchasing.
3. What if I’m not sure about sizing?
If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to email us at info@lovedagain.co.nz, and we’ll be happy to provide exact measurements to help you make the right choice.
4. What happens if I receive a faulty item?
If you receive a faulty item, contact us at info@lovedagain.co.nz with details and photos. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 business days for resolution.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within New Zealand is $8.50 for standard delivery and $12.00 for rural delivery.
6. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your package is picked up by NZ Post.

Selling with Us
1. What types of clothing do you accept for consignment?
We accept good-quality women’s clothing that is clean, undamaged, and in excellent condition. We also take brand-new items with tags.
2. How do I sell my clothes with you?
You can drop off or send us your items. Once approved, we’ll handle photographing, listing, and selling them for you. Once your items are logged on our website, you’ll be sent a login where you can track your items and request payouts.
3. How do I get paid for items I sell?
You’ll receive payment via bank transfer once your items sell. We’ll keep you updated on your sales and earnings.
4. Can I get unsold items back?
Yes, if your items don’t sell within a certain timeframe, you can choose to have them returned or donated.
